There was Earth, and then there was the unattainable Sky. One day, a giant Tree emerged, serving as a boundary between the two worlds. Indeed, it is said that there is a concealed Kingdom somewhere far away in the sky. Only there was no one to reach it yet.
Children are born on the Treetops, serving to achieve that goal.
And I am one of them.
Flight Day is creeping closer. It is okay to be a little nervous, right?..
Soon, the time for departure will come. We must leave, and break a shell of the world as our egg hatches.
Right.
I am akin to a bird myself, am I?
My prosthetic wings are soon to be mine, soothing phantom pains I felt since birth due to their absence.
Just wait and see.
