The 100th target: The Dollmaker.
Marie⎯ a young woman with a burning vengeance that commands her entire being. Day and night, she works herself to the bone to hire a certain legendary assassin... one who is inescapable from rumor. Whispers say that she's gunned down 99 targets with a certain revolver... souls gasping from it's chambers. A cloak as black as night, and shining silver hair.
Her name is Midnight.
In the World of Haze, humanity is chained to pockets of life⎯ Clusters. Both women journey to the Seiffen Cluster, administered by the reclusive Dollmaker. The Dollmaker is the object of Marie's ire... but Midnight has history with her too.
One fact is unmistakable... death hangs around the corner.
