The Alpha Underground is a sci-fi visual novel set in a shady underground facility where test subjects undergo muscle-growth experiments. Francis, a grumpy old bear with massive debts, signs away his rights to join the program and is paid by the pound of muscle he gains. He navigates the facility alongside other test subjects, masked servants, and a lot of weights.
